This policy applies to Little Exhale (previously Fangcun) on iPhone and Apple Watch. The name and language update does not introduce new data collection.

Records on your device

No account is required. We do not operate a health-data server or include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. Practice, drink, feeling, preference, and body-context records are stored on your devices as needed by each feature. Apple's system backup and synchronization services depend on your system settings and Apple's own privacy policy.

Optional Apple Health access

The app accesses health information only after you enable the relevant feature and grant permission. Authorized data supports the corresponding body-context or practice feature. When you choose to record a feeling or complete an eligible mindful practice, the app may write the related entry to Apple Health within the permissions you grant. You can manage access in Apple Health or system settings. Basic practices remain available if access is declined or withdrawn.

Health information is not used for advertising or profiling, sold, or uploaded to a developer-operated server. Body context and the optional daily index are not medical diagnoses.

iPhone and Apple Watch

When you use the companion Watch features, relevant practice, record, and display information may be exchanged between your paired devices using Apple's device-communication frameworks. The iPhone practices also work independently.

Audio and notifications

Bundled practice audio plays locally. Local notifications are sent only for the reminders you select and authorize. You can disable notifications in system settings.

Managing and deleting information

Use the app's editing, undo, and data-management controls where available. Removing local data does not automatically remove entries already written to Apple Health; manage those separately in Health. Copies in device backups are managed by the corresponding backup service.

Feedback, sharing, and exports

Information is sent to a recipient only when you choose to share diagnostics, export a file, or send feedback through a sharing method you select. Avoid including health information or other private details in public feedback.
